We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance service activities, ensuring the safety and efficiency of your crew. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and guiding crew members to ensure they have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools for their tasks.
• Conducting daily pre-trip inspection reports to guarantee the safety and functionality of equipment and vehicles.
• Acting as a point of contact between branch management, customers, and employees, facilitating smooth communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Demonstrating proficiency in operating landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely driving crews to and from job sites, adhering to company safety policies, and ensuring the safety of the public during crew interactions.
