Job Description
As a
Pipeline Foreman , you will be responsible and accountable for meeting scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures, ensuring all work complies with federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations. You may also assist with general laborer and equipment operation tasks as needed.

You will:
Model and promote good safety practices. Ensure safety is never compromised.
Monitor and adjust resources, personnel, and workflow to achieve daily production and delivery goals.
Collaborate with other supervisors and the superintendent to align activities and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Schedule and assign work to employees. Manage the work performance of each employee and subcontractors to meet or exceed quality and quantity expectations.
Ensure all employees follow policies and procedures, with strict attention to safety, per company and client standards.
Resolve problems that arise during the workday.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
Prepare and send accurate and complete daily and weekly administrative reports/documents.
Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of three years of construction, oil and gas, or related industry experience.
High School Diploma or GED; demonstrated related experience may substitute for education.
Must pass drug screening, criminal background, and driving record checks.

Working Conditions:
You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dry, wet, and humid environments, with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90 degrees. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, odors, vibrations, and other environmental factors is expected. The noise level is usually moderate to loud. Physical tasks include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly, along with manual dexterity activities such as climbing, kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
