We’re looking for a talented Welders who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a hands-on, team-driven environment. As a key part of our fabrication team, you’ll help build high-quality metal structures and components that meet exacting standards of safety and performance. If you have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a passion for doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

????What You’ll Do

• Weld pipe and structural components at a journeyman level using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes.
• Pass Carbon and Stainless Steel GTAW pipe weld tests in the 6G position.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to produce precise, high-quality work.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment — including Oxy/Fuel torches, plasma cutters, band saws, and hand tools.
• Fit, assemble, and weld projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Deliver work within established production hours and quality standards.

• Proven experience welding with GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW (pipe).
• Ability to pass 6G Carbon and Stainless Steel GTAW pipe weld tests.
• Experience using standard fabrication shop tools and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
• Pipe and/or structural fitting experience with limited oversight.
• Current Washington State driver’s license required.
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality in every project.
