Job Title: Welder / Pipe Welder

Location: Bakersfield, California

Pay: $20 – $30 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some Saturdays for overtime)

Key Staffing is hiring a Welder to join a growing company that supplies new, used, and surplus pipe. Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Welder / Pipe Welder with experience in GMAW (MIG) and flux core welding, primarily on stainless steel. The ideal candidate will be certified in D1.1, with structural welding experience .

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on stainless steel using flux core and GMAW techniques.
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials independently.
• Work outdoors approximately 85% of the time.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot and complete work independently when needed.

Requirements:

• GMAW welding experience required.
• FCAW welding experience required.
• D1.1 welding certification ; structural welding experience .
• Ability to cut and grind materials independently.
• Strong team-oriented mindset; able to get along with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company.
• Long-term commitment to the company is highly valued.
