Piling Project Manager

PRG is representing a market-leading ground engineering contractor who is looking for a driven Project Manager to lead operations on a major site in Suffolk.
This is an opportunity for someone with solid technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to step into a key role delivering high-value, complex piling works. What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a large piling project
*
Managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep things running smoothly
*
Ensuring all works are delivered to programme, quality standards and safety requirements
*
Working closely with planners to monitor and adjust short-term schedules
*
Keeping a close eye on progress, reporting updates clearly and proactively
*
Supporting commercial teams with procurement and cost tracking
*
Leading site meetings, promoting safety and driving high performance
*
Identifying opportunities for process improvement or innovation
*
Responding to technical or design changes with a solutions-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For:
*
Background in civil or geotechnical engineering (degree or equivalent experience)
*
Proven experience managing piling works
*
Knowledge of construction programming and sequencing
*
Comfortable using planning tools
*
Commercial awareness – able to support cost control and procurement decisions
*
Excellent communication and site leadership skills
*
Full UK driving licence
