JOB TITLE: Physicist
Job Summary: The Physicist will play a key role in supporting research, development, and problem-solving across a variety of technical projects. This individual will apply principles of physics to design, test, and analyze complex systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in all outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct research and experiments to develop new methods, processes, and solutions.
· Apply physics principles to support engineering, product design, and advanced technology development.
· Analyze and interpret data from experiments and simulations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to troubleshoot and improve systems.
· Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations of research findings.
· Stay current with scientific advancements and recommend innovative applications relevant to company goals.
Required Qualifications:
· Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Physics (or related discipline) required. (5-10 years minimum)
· Strong foundation in applied and theoretical physics.
· Experience with modeling, simulations, and experimental design.
· Proficiency with data analysis tools and scientific software.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
· Prior work in R&D, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related industries.
· Hands-on laboratory experience with advanced instrumentation.
