Pharmacy Technician – Inventory & Operations
Location: Redlands, CA 92374, USA
Pay: $20.14/hr
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support inventory management and operations at our Redlands facility. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase, receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances.
- Manage return goods according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Stock and maintain pharmacy pick stations, dispensing, and back-stock refrigerators.
- Assist Operations Assistants with packing, shipping, and cleaning tasks.
- Fill prescription orders accurately under pharmacist supervision.
- Count medications manually and using automated systems (EYECON).
- Replenish stock, clean, and maintain pill counting equipment.
- Complete SOX documentation and other compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CA Pharmacy Technician License (please provide a screenshot with resume).
- Able to lift 50–70 pounds (medications, ice boxes) 5–10% of the workday.
- Able to stand, walk, and lift for several hours at a time.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and team .
- Basic typing/data entry skills.
- Able to learn and utilize computer applications to record data accurately.
- Must follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and returns processing.
- Familiarity with EYECON or other automated medication counting systems.
This role is physically demanding and safety sensitive, so candidates must be able to meet all lifting and standing requirements.
