Pharmacy Technician – Inventory & Operations

Location: Redlands, CA 92374, USA
Pay: $20.14/hr
Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  Type: Contract-to-Hire
  Safety Sensitive / Highly Physically Demanding Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support inventory management and operations at our Redlands facility. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase, receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances.
• Manage return goods according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Stock and maintain pharmacy pick stations, dispensing, and back-stock refrigerators.
• Assist Operations Assistants with packing, shipping, and cleaning tasks.
• Fill prescription orders accurately under pharmacist supervision.
• Count medications manually and using automated systems (EYECON).
• Replenish stock, clean, and maintain pill counting equipment.
• Complete SOX documentation and other compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CA Pharmacy Technician License (please provide a screenshot with resume).
• Able to lift 50–70 pounds (medications, ice boxes) 5–10% of the workday.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift for several hours at a time.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and team .
• Basic typing/data entry skills.
• Able to learn and utilize computer applications to record data accurately.
• Must follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and returns processing.
• Familiarity with EYECON or other automated medication counting systems.

This role is physically demanding and safety sensitive, so candidates must be able to meet all lifting and standing requirements.
