Permit Technician/ Project coordinator

We are seeking a Permit Technician/ Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for all of the companies permitting, Calling/ managing inspections, jobsite selections, and liaison between client and trades to assure accuracy in custom build.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute necessary permit documents within 2 weeks period.
- Call and manage necessary inspections for all jobsites.
- Oversee main company email- respond in timely manner within 24 hours.
- Get Change order approvals/ budgeting
- Direct trades/ team on owner/ designer selections for jobsites.
- Make selection purchases if applicable
- Ensure deadlines for permit expirations and construction documents i.e. GL and WC to ensure no conflicts.
- Maintain required project documentation in field and office.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects whether client, trade, or designer.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in permitting/ construction field.
- Strong project management communication skills
- Multi-tasking
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Wonderful customer/client service
