SEASONAL POSTION:

As a Lighting Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing permanent, year-round holiday lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. This position requires comfort working at heights, using ladders, and operating safely in various outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Install permanent lighting systems on building exteriors using ladders, lifts, and hand tools
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA standards while working at heights
- Inspect work to ensure quality and consistency with company standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on site
- Take initiative to identify potential improvements in workflow or customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation - Will meet at jobsite daily.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Previous installation, construction, or electrical experience is a plus (but not required)
