Peer Mentor/Case Manager Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Peer Mentor/Case Manager Behavioral Health to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. 

Responsibilities:

• Full Time or Part time available(PT does not allow for benefits)
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Drive clientele from agency to extra agency appointment locations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Certified as a Community Service Worker or Peer Support Worker

Since then, Overcomers Counseling LLC has expanded its scope of practice to include a full spectrum behavioral health agency. We have a combined 130+ years of experience in human services among all of its employees.
