Project Engineer 

We’re seeking a motivated Project Engineer to help shape the future of water conveyance and distribution in North Texas. This role focuses on designing, modeling, and master planning for public clients while delivering innovative technical solutions that strengthen communities.

Role Overview
The Project Engineer manages all phases of engineering projects—from concept through execution—while serving as the main client contact and ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, including design, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Oversee project execution, coordinate teams and sub-consultants, and support bidding and construction.

• Build and maintain client relationships; attend meetings as needed.

• Monitor finances, adjust work plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Apply codes, standards, and design software to prepare plans and documentation.

• Uphold QA/QC standards and track construction progress on-site.

• Mentor junior staff and foster technical growth.

• Stay current through continuous learning and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (accredited program).

• 6+ years of related experience.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong understanding of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

• Must have MUD experience.
