Job SummaryA stamped concrete foreman leads and manages a crew of workers involved in creating decorative concrete surfaces, overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. Their responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and supervising the team, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality control, and safety standards.
Responsibilities 

• Project Planning and Management:
• Plan and schedule daily work activities, coordinate tasks, and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion.
• Crew Supervision and Training:
• Oversee and manage a team of skilled laborers, providing guidance and training on proper techniques for stamping, finishing, and applying concrete surfaces.
• Quality Control and Standards:
• Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with established specifications, including , texture, and pattern accuracy.
• Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Material Management:
• Order and manage concrete supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment.
• Budget Management:
• Track expenses and manage the project budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. 

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Concrete Expertise:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, pouring, finishing techniques, and stamped concrete applications.

Qualifications

• 5 Plus years as a Concrete Foreman
• Foreman training or certification is
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
