Job Title: Parts Return & Inventory Specialist

Pay Rate: $23.65/Hr

Duration: 4 Months

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Parts Return & Inventory Specialist

• Process inbound/outbound defective part returns.
• Communication with the Service Buyer/Planner team to coordinate part returns to suppliers
• Manage part inventory transactions in purchase orders
• Scrap defective parts physically and complete scrap transactions in the system as required
• Update the quality notification with the PO detail and flag it as completed
• Coordinate shipping activity by staging material for returns to the supplier and documenting shipment tracking information
• Communicate with key stakeholders on the information necessary to help process and close out returns
• This position can also act as a warehouse floater in downtime, helping in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping departments if necessary
