Job DescriptionJob Description

All Dry Services of North Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Technician who is ok with 20-40 hours per week, who can grow into a Full-Time Lead Technician as we grow. Must be able to provide All Dry level of customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with the home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time table with the home owner, etc.

Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to start with a positive and fast-growing company and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity!

Job Overview
• Exceptional Customer Service required & the ability to communicate clearly
• Approve weekly timecards
• Understanding of on-call for emergencies, when assigned (overtime paid)
• Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs
• Pre-Job truck prep/ Keep a clean truck
• Perform on water or mold remediation based on assigned job
• Basic light demolition and clean-up, as needed
• Clean equipment
• Keep uniform clean & Maintain Professionalism at all times
• Must pass background and DMV check
• Recent restoration mitigation experience a big plus (not required)
• Current IICRC Certifications a big plus (not required)
• No prior experience is needed. We will train you!

Job Type: Part-Time – Water & Mold Remediation Technician

Pay type: Hourly

Hourly rate: $18 - $22

Opportunity for advancement - QUICKLY

Schedule: M-F 40 hours 9-5, plus On-Call availability for emergencies

Drivers License Required – Clean record
