Job Description
Casual Ballerz CIC is looking for two driven, visionary Project Managers (volunteers) to help shape the future of youth development in London.
This is more than a coordination role - we're looking for leaders ready to roll up their sleeves, bring ideas to life, and help us deliver real impact for at-risk people.
We are building systems, partnerships, and programs that change lives - and we need people who want to help drive, not just support, that mission.
About Us
Casual Ballerz CIC is a youth-led, non-profit social enterprise based in London. We exist to unlock the potential of people facing disadvantage through sport, employment pathways, mental health support, mentorship, and creative programming.
We've already impacted thousands of lives across London - and now we're scaling that impact with more structure, stronger partnerships, and bolder ideas.
This is your opportunity to be part of that next chapter - from the inside out.

Experienced professionals who want to give back while shaping something meaningful
Hungry, forward-thinking graduates ready to lead their first major initiative
Individuals with a background or passion in youth development, project management, sustainability, or social innovation
Note: This is currently a volunteer role. There is potential to grow into a paid position as the organisation secures new funding and scales delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of key Casual Ballerz CIC programmes (especially focused on employment, development, and mentoring)
Bring fresh ideas, innovation, and systems thinking to improve our services
Actively build and maintain partnerships with delivery organisations, community groups, and funders
Track progress and collect impact data (case studies, reports, service records)
Work across teams (delivery, comms, operations) to make sure our work is efficient, responsive, and truly impactful
Lead and facilitate collaborative efforts with other organisations tackling poverty, inequality, and youth unemployment
Identify opportunities to co-design or co-deliver services with external partners
Map the youth development landscape in Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond
Required Meetings:
Staff Meeting - Sundays at 8 PM (Zoom)
Project Management Meeting - Tuesdays at 8 PM (Zoom)
Funding meetings are not required for this role.

Passion for working with people and communities
Real initiative and the ability to make things happen without being asked

Strong communicator - written, verbal, and digital
Confident collaborator who can inspire and motivate others
Ability to travel across London when needed
