Part time or Full time Insurance Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Full Time Insurance Specialist to join our team! We could consider part time if it is beneficial for both parties. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Position available could be entry level front desk service or Customer Service with Sales Level 1. This is a great opportunity for a person who would like to grow with our agency. P&C license is required within 30 days of hire. A Plus if you already have a license.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product/billing issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
