Part Time Maintenance Tech in Isle of Palms

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $17 (negotiable) + PTO

• Respond to all maintenance issues/requests as directed by office staff
• Evaluate maintenance needs to determine if a repair can be made by an in house technician or if an outside vendor is necessary to resolve the issue
• Deliver, retrieve, and track all company loaner items, included but not limited to refrigerators, window unit air conditioners, televisions, etc.
• Keep shop and workspace clean and organized at all times
• Take assigned and keep inventory of shop supplies and report to office when low
• Close work orders as completed in the field to ensure prompt billing by office staff
• Maintain a professional, customer service oriented demeanor while interacting with guests, owners, and other employees
• Provide general maintenance information for guests and owners in the field
• Resolve guest or owner issues with great care and effectiveness
• Perform other duties as requested
