**Cox Manufacturing **is a family-owned and operated organization with a vision to provide premier, small part production machining services to our customers while ensuring a high quality of life for our employees and being a positive influence for Christ. As one of the largest turning shops in the nation, we are innovative and growing with patented technology.

We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join our compact team for the weekend shifts. Machine Operators who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving will thrive in this dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines.
• Inspect parts for conformance.
• Work as a team to run production and solve issues.

Qualifications:

• No experience required
• Must have a high school diploma or GED (or GED equivalent).
• Mandatory 12-hour shift on Saturday and or Sunday.
• Must be able to train at least 3 days per week, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm for the first 6-12 weeks.

Benefits:

• Extra $3.00 an hour for 4th shift (Saturday and or Sunday 7 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Extra $5.00 an hour for 5th shift (Saturday 7 PM- Sunday 7:30 AM)
• 401(k) with company match.
• Shoe allowance.
