Adventure Tours, one of the fastest-growing motorcoach companies on the East Coast, is looking for an experienced Part-Time Diesel Mechanic to join our Richmond, VA maintenance team.

With five locations from New York to North Carolina, we operate a dynamic fleet in the travel and tourism industry. This role offers hands-on experience, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to work with well-known manufacturers including Cummins, Allison, Detroit Diesel, Ford, Van Hool, MCI, and Prevost.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcoaches
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all serviced vehicles
• Work independently and efficiently within assigned hours
• Support a professional, reliable fleet operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Diesel repair experience (required)
• Own tools (required)
• Coach or bus experience ()
• CDL (a plus, not required)
• Flexible availability and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and committed to quality workmanship
