Location: Indianapolis, IN
We are looking for a results-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities in Indianapolis, IN. This individual is charged with creating a world-class experience for our clients, guests, and team members. Hotel and restaurant managers have had great success in the parking industry!

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Independent, pro-active, problem-solver who demonstrates empathy and integrity.
- Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to multitask and work in all weather conditions.
- Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology.
- Five or more years of related management experience in parking, events, operations, hospitality, or other related industry.
- Experience managing supervisors, full-time, and part-time team members.
- A four-year college degree is but not required.
- Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Responsible for the overall operations of a portfolio of parking facilities in Indianapolis, IN.
- Client relationship management to retain existing clients and marketing efforts to grow client base.
- Full budgeting and profit/loss responsibility.
- Implementation and management of projects, e.g., capital improvements, technology, etc.
- Monitor facility analytics and site conditions to drive day-to-day operations, policies, and procedural changes.
- Hire, train, and support a staff of full and part-time team members.
- This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Schedule:
Typically M-F with some on-call, events, evenings, and weekends.
