Paralegal – Oil & Gas | 2–4 Years Experience

Houston, TX | In-Office/Hybrid

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and track contracts and agreements (NDAs, service agreements, leases, procurement docs).
• Support land & title work – leases, assignments, mineral rights, and ownership research.
• Keep the company compliant – filings with agencies (Texas Railroad Commission, SEC, etc.).
• Maintain and organize legal files, dockets, and contract systems.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of paralegal experience, ideally in Oil & Gas / Energy.
• Strong understanding of contracts, land/title agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Plus skills/experience

• Experience with title opinions, land administration, or corporate transactions.
• Familiarity with Texas oil & gas regulations.
