Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are currently hiring Panel Builders for a leading automation company in Addison, IL. In this role, you will build and assemble electrical control panels from the ground up for custom automation equipment.This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly experience looking for a long-term position with a growing company.Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Assemble, wire, and label control panels from scratch
• Use hand and power tools to build electrical boards
• Install completed panels into enclosures
• Work with team members to safely lift and install larger components

Requirements

• Previous electrical or wiring assembly experience required
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics (pneumatic is a plus)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday
• Flexible start time:
  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
• Long-term assignment (6–12 months)
• Opportunity for growth
