JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Builder / Assembler to join our team at our main facility in Greeneville, TN. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels and motor control centers (MCCs) for a variety of applications. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working from electrical schematics and work instructions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level. Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned.   • Assemble and wire control panels, MCCs, and related equipment
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Pick, stock, and organize parts and materials
  • Provide feedback to improve production processes and efficiency
  • Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in control wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly ()
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • : AutoCAD experience and a valid driver’s license
