What You’ll Do:

• Build and wire electrical control panels with attention to detail.
• Install components and hardware using schematics and technical drawings.
• Track your progress and keep accurate documentation.
• Learn through Rockwell Automation University and other vendor-led training programs.
• Help standardize projects and contribute to building our internal libraries.
• Support facility upkeep, inventory, and wire prep as needed.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in learning a technical trade.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work with tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts (we’ll help you grow!).
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is a plus - but not required.
