This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter and basic maintenance, located in Radnor, PA. The Painter will be responsible for performing a wide range of painting tasks, including applying paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. Other day-to-day tasks include preparing surfaces for painting, using spray painting techniques, and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of all painting equipment and basic building maintenance. This is a live-in position on the property. The condominium is paid for, as well as utilities. The role will require a background check.

Qualifications

• Skills in painting, Painting, and Painting.
• Basic Maintenence
• Experience with Coatings and Spray Painting techniques
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
