We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer/Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team in Bristol, Rhode Island. This role will start as a packer and will transition to operating a slitting machine based on production volume. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately pack finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate slitting machinery in a safe and efficient manner according to company standards.
- Perform start-up, shut-down, and regular operational checks on equipment.
- Follow all processes and safety instructions related to slitting materials.
- Monitor machine output to ensure consistent quality.
- Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality compliance.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on machines and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Complete necessary production documentation and reporting.
- Work effectively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
