We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing production team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of our manufacturing machinery. You’ll play a key part in maintaining efficiency, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and helping produce high-quality hemp products that meet our exacting standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the team to support efficient production flow.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols.
• Suggest process improvements and assist in equipment upgrades.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of machine operation or maintenance experience (manufacturing ).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read technical manuals and follow production specs.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn new systems.
