Owners Representative/ Project Manager

Job Description

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most well established, largest privately-owned development firms in Palm Beach that have successfully completed north of 75 million square feet of real with a value in excess of $8 billion.

They are a family in how they work and treat their people, have a great culture, a long-term outlook, and offer this person the opportunity to join the team on a $500M luxury resort project in West Palm Beach that is currently under construction.

Due to growth, they are looking to hire an Owners Representative/Project Manager to join their Atlanta office.

NOTE: They are looking to hire a Project Manager from the GC side that wants to bring their skillset to the owner/ developer side of the industry.

Requirements:

4- year degree in Construction or related field

5-10 years of experience working for a reputable general contractor

Ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and quality

Must be a team player and enjoy fast paced projects
