What Youll Do

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs on overhead cranes and industrial lifting equipment
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements
  
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, PLCs, and 3-phase motor controls (up to 480V)
  
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment meets all safety standards
  
  
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to management
  
  
• Document service details and report results using digital tools
  
  

What Youll Bring

• 3+ years of experience with overhead cranes, industrial maintenance, or industrial electrical systems
  
  
• Knowledge of machinery, motors, and control systems
  
  
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  
  
• Ability to qualify for nuclear site access
  
  
• Welding and rigging experience
  
  
• Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
