What Youll Do
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs on overhead cranes and industrial lifting equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, PLCs, and 3-phase motor controls (up to 480V)
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment meets all safety standards
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to management
- Document service details and report results using digital tools
What Youll Bring
- 3+ years of experience with overhead cranes, industrial maintenance, or industrial electrical systems
- Knowledge of machinery, motors, and control systems
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to qualify for nuclear site access
- Welding and rigging experience
- Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
