The Outside Sales Representative will have the task of maintaining and growing existing accounts as well as finding and cultivating new customers.

• Manage $1+ million in annual business.
• Call reports on a weekly basis with essential information
• Work in a fast- paced manufacturing environment
• Expense reports monthly
• Update price sheets with detailed information
• Review open orders, conduct market research, and call planning
• Work with assigned house accounts to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
• Customer Service resolution and product knowledge for existing customers and new customers
• Assist customers with quotes and in person inquiries
• Outsourcing and gaining new business in outside field
• Daily negotiation and quoting
• Attend meetings weekly for planification and target goals

Experience:

• 3+ years of progressive outside sales, marketing, customer service, and /or professional negotiation experience.
• Must have managed a minimum of $1+ million in account sales volume.
• Packaging/construction, and /or fabrication market experience strongly .
• Customer Service

Requirements:

• Customer service driven
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-Motivated and excellent multi-tasker
• Valid TX driver license Class C
• Sales: 3 years
• Outside Sales: 3 years
