Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 per year

Our Client is the largest electrical product specialists nationwide. They were founded in 1996 in North Hollywood, California with the intention to fill an ever growing need for a reliable, honest, and hardworking supplier of name brand circuit breakers, fuses, hardware, switches, motor control as well as many other electrical devices in the electrical wholesale industry.

Benefits- The employee pays premiums on Health, Dental and Vision. The Company pays fully for the $50k life insurance and the short and long-term . Coverage begins on the first day of regular, full-time employment.
401k-The first of the quarter following three (3) full months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Plan; the enrollment period is on a quarterly basis.
Vacation: Vacation accrues from date of hire at a rate of 80 hours per year for a total
Holidays- The company observes six (6) paid holidays per year.

Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field (electrical distribution sales)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (territory CAN include Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Michigan, and Kentucky)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school or equivalent GED certification.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field ().
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Outside Sales Representatives often need to travel extensively within their assigned territory to meet with clients, attend meetings, and visit prospects. This can involve driving long distances, flying, or other modes of transportation.
- If the sales territory is geographically large, significant time may be spent driving to different locations. This can involve sitting for extended periods and may include navigating through various traffic conditions.
- During client meetings, presentations, or industry events, Outside Sales Representatives may need to stand or walk for extended periods.
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Based on territory growth (tiered quarterly bonus plan up to $80K) + 2.5% commission incentive
