Position Summary: ServiceNet is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking program director to assist the Director of Outpatient Clinic Services in overseeing our Pittsfield Outpatient Clinic.  We serve a diverse group of adults, children, and families in the region, and offer a wide array of individual and group therapies.

Position Responsibilities:  

• Clinical and administrative supervision of the clinic staff at the site.
• Availability to consult and provide supervision regarding cases, emergencies, referrals and transfers of clinical cases.
• Participation in clinic and agency-wide management meetings and committees.
• Representing the agency at community meetings.
• Dedication to serving the organization’s goals and mission.
• Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by communicating professionally with clients, staff, and other agency representatives.
• Maintaining a caseload of clients as determined by the Director of Outpatient Services.
• Assisting the Director of Outpatient Services in developing new ideas and services for the clinic.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Outpatient Services.

 Position Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree required.
• Independently licensed in Massachusetts.
• Experienced in a variety of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communicator—written and verbal.
• Experienced with EMR systems and knowledgeable about standard documentation requirements.
