This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility and focuses on outbound calling, prospecting, and building strong customer relationships. The right candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most through tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls daily to warm leads, past clients, referrals, and prospects
- Generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's book of business
- Quote, present, and close insurance products (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals (policies written, premium targets, bundling ratio)
- Follow up on past quotes and mono-line clients to cross-sell and bundle coverage
- Document all calls, quotes, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Work closely with agency leadership to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Active Washington Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- 1+ years of outbound/cold-calling sales experience (insurance industry )
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit daily activity and monthly sales goals
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (in-office + remote)
- Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude
