Infrastructure Monitoring Performance Optimization

• Candidate should have hands-on experience with system performance monitoring, data analysis, and performance tuning.

Network Administration Configuration

• Strong background in LAN/WAN setup, server configuration, and network troubleshooting is essential.

Technical Support Incident Management

• Ability to resolve complex hardware/software issues and manage incidents using ITSM practices.

Systems Design Integration

• Experience designing scalable and secure systems, integrating various IT components, and contributing to architecture decisions.

Role Summary:

The OT Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing infrastructure performance, providing technical support, and contributing to system design and integration. This role requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with network and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure components and systems for performance issues and anomalies.
• Analyze data, establish performance baselines, and report trends.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on performance tuning and optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
• Apply ITSM practices for system tuning and optimization.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance metrics.
• Design and configure hardware/software systems with scalability and security in mind.
• Build and deploy infrastructure components with proper integration.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and track/report issue patterns.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions.
• Define and improve business processes in collaboration with development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
