About the Opportunity

A leading Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company is seeking an experienced Project Planner and Risk Engineer to support major offshore and subsea energy projects across Indonesia.

The successful candidate will work closely with project controls, engineering, procurement and construction teams to support reporting consistency, forecasting and management visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project reporting and data integration activities across offshore and subsea developments
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports and performance summaries
• Coordinate project progress tracking and reporting updates across multidisciplinary teams
• Support forecasting, progress measurement and project performance analysis
• Assist with integration of project controls and reporting data from multiple stakeholders
• Support management reporting and presentation preparation
• Monitor reporting accuracy and maintain organized project records
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams on reporting requirements
• Support reporting process improvements and data consistency initiatives
• Ensure project reporting systems and documentation remain up to date

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project reporting, project controls or data integration within the oil and gas industry
• Experience supporting EPCI projects, offshore developments or large-scale energy projects
• Strong understanding of EPCIC project workflows and execution
• Experience in project tracking, forecasting and progress measurement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP and project management software
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
• Able to work effectively within multidisciplinary project environments
