Order Processor/Dispatcher - Make an Impact in Logistics & Shipping! in Anaheim

Join our fast-moving distribution team! We’re looking for an Order Processor/Dispatcher to keep shipments accurate, compliant, and on time for major retailers like CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Menards, and Dollar General.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor incoming automated orders (EDI/retailer feeds) to ensure accuracy
• Process orders through the system and generate shipping labels
• Coordinate with FedEx, UPS and LTL carriers for pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate shipment status to sales reps and customers
• Follow routing guides and retailer compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong communicator
• Team player who can also work independently
• Experience with processing orders for large retailers
• Familiarity with EDI systems and routing guides
• Comfortable with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip & Microsoft Office 365
• Acumatica experience is a huge plus
