Operator – Paint Operations / Production



Winsford Industrial Estate | £12.21 per hour | Temp to Perm Opportunity



Bralin Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based on Winsford Industrial Estate. This role would suit someone with previous experience in industrial paint processes or a background in production/engineering who is keen to learn and develop further skills.



The Role

You’ll start on day shifts (8:00am – 4:00pm) while completing training. From January 2025, the role will move onto a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm.



Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and handling components for paint and finishing operations



*



Operating machinery and equipment within the paint/production department



*



Checking quality of finished work to ensure standards are met



*



Following health & safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace



*



Supporting other production tasks as required

Experience in paint operations (industrial/automotive/engineering) , though training will be provided

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

Reliable, hardworking and able to work both days and rotating shifts
