Job Summary:
The Virtual Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in a remote environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools to support a distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, including task delegation, project tracking, and resource allocation for remote teams.

Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement efficient workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automation tools to enhance productivity.

Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for remote team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Technology Management: Oversee the use of virtual tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom, or similar platforms) to ensure effective communication and project management.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external vendors, clients, or partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.

Compliance & Security: Ensure all virtual operations adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies.

Budget Support: Assist in managing operational budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Onboarding & Training: Support the onboarding of new remote team members and provide training on tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in Restaurnat operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.

Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).

Strong understanding of process optimization and workflow automation.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse, remote teams.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms).

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
