Operations & Travel Coordinator – Data Center & Construction Services

Location: Arlington, TX (On-site / Hybrid Eligible)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel Safe is a fast-growing data center services & construction company headquartered in Dallas–Fort Worth, serving Fortune 500 clients nationwide in data center services, construction, electrical contracting, and equipment sales. We’re expanding rapidly and need a highly organized, dependable coordinator to help keep our field operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Book and track flights, hotels, and rentals for nationwide project teams.
• Process and reconcile travel-related payments and expense reports.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules with project managers and team leads.
• Manage and update the master company calendar for field projects and travel.
• Maintain vendor reviews and confirmations for all travel bookings.
• Assist with internal reporting, permitting, and compliance tracking.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in construction, logistics, administration, or operations coordination but not required
• Self-motivated and dependable

Compensation: $24–$33/hr (approx. $50K–$70K annually), depending on experience and performance.
