Operations Supervisor
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA
Division: TriMarc Installation – A Division of Atlanta Design Group
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time

We proudly serve Interior Designers and top residential home builders across the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest, delivering exceptional service for model homes, luxury residences, and commercial spaces.

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead our installation crews (both local and traveling), and ensure the highest level of service and efficiency in every project.

Position Overview:

The Operations Supervisor plays a critical leadership role, responsible for staff supervision, fleet management, safety compliance, and operational execution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on with training and logistics, and values delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for both local and traveling installation teams

• Manage scheduling, truck assignments, dispatch coordination, and route optimization

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training

• Conduct performance audits and provide coaching to maintain service standards

• Manage vehicle fleet, maintenance schedules, and installation equipment inventory

• Ensure safety protocols are upheld and in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations

• Serve as the after-hours point of contact for urgent operational issues

• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally, including damage or delivery discrepancies

• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, professionalism, and customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework

• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience (logistics or installation industry a plus)

• Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities

• Physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs. or more as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
