Learn Collaborate is seeking an Strategic Operations Project Manager (not a Product Manager), to drive alignment and communications across teams, manage a wide range of stakeholders, and provide essential support for our pilots as we prepare for growth and seek fundraising investment. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a small, busy startup environment. The successful candidate will be the central hub for all project activities, ensuring clear communication and accountability across the board. This is a virtual, part-time position that starts immediately.

Scope of Work:

The Strategic Operations Project Manager is an administrative role, not a technical one. It will serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including our internal teams, external consultants, advisors, partners, and our broader professional network. This role is crucial for managing the flow of information, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and providing comprehensive project management support. The person in this role will also be responsible for drafting key correspondences, tracking all operational activities, proactively managing next steps, and attending all necessary meetings to facilitate project progress.

You must be available to work during business hours between 9 am and 6 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder & Workflow Management

• Facilitate & Manage Communications: Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Draft professional correspondences and updates for all parties, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

• Coordinate Workstreams: Attend a weekly check-in at the top of each week, along with other necessary team calls, to track progress, identify and address roadblocks, and maintain alignment.

• Track & Organize: Maintain and optimize operational project management boards to reflect priorities across all active projects. Ensure all company-related documents are received from contractors and stored in the correct digital folders.

2. Pilot Support & Insight Development

• Manage Pilot Execution: Coordinate all pilot logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups with the Learning Experience Designer and pilot research team to ensure milestones are met on schedule.

• Synthesize & Document Findings: Track all pilot activities and ensure complete data capture. Synthesize pilot findings into actionable reports and case studies.

• Draft Onboarding Flows: Develop customer onboarding flows for academic partners and student users.

3. Fundraising Prep

• Manage Investor Relations: Build and maintain an Angel Investor Tracker, meticulously capturing potential investors, warm introductions, and engagement status.

• CRM/Sales: HubSpot

• AI/Productivity: i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini
