Operations Shift Manager

Job Description

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Shifts:

1 x 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday

1 x 13:30 – 21:30 Monday to Friday

1 x 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, you will cover AM/PM shifts as required

We’re hiring 3 x Shift Managers!

Join us at our brand new Doncaster warehouse facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, driving performance and leading a high-energy team.

Your role:

✅ Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics

✅ Lead, motivate, and develop your team

✅ Champion health & safety standards

✅ Oversee MHE, forklifts, and warehouse machinery

✅ Track KPIs and support improvement projects

About you:

✔ Proven experience as a Shift Manager or Warehouse Supervisor

✔ Solid knowledge of MHE and warehouse compliance (licenses a plus)

✔ Skilled in WMS, performance tracking, and team leadership
