About The Role:
Project & Product Development
- Work closely with the CEO + Director of Marketing to lead full lifecycle of game development projects, from concept → production
- Coordination across designers, copywriters, and creative partners
- Timelines, dependencies, and milestones across multiple concurrent SKUs that are managed in Monday.com
Operations
- Day-to-day operational workflows (you’ll be inheriting these and expected to improve them)
- Systems for project tracking, communication, and accountability
- Prioritization and resourcing alongside the founder
- Managing our relationships with key partners and distributors
Supply Chain & Manufacturing
- Managing + leading our overseas factory relationships (both China & Vietnam)
- Production timelines, sampling, revisions, QC
- Managing the supply chain from pre production sample, to payments, QC, and import scheduling
Financial & Admin
- Work with our bookkeeper and fraction CFO to oversee QuickBooks: invoicing, AP, basic accounting workflows
- POs and vendor payment tracking
- Operational budgeting and cost tracking
You’re Probably a Fit If you have:
- 4+ years in ops, project management, or a similar execution-heavy role
- Experience managing overseas manufacturers (China or Vietnam strongly )
- Comfort with QuickBooks & Monday.com
- A track record of running multiple projects at once without dropping things
- Strong written and verbal communication - you’ll be the connective tissue between the founder, creatives, and factories.
- You're driven to continue learning + improving your skills
- Important: You are very driven, detail oriented, and have true entrepreneurial spirit
Bonus Points For:
- Consumer products, games, or physical product backgrounds
- Startup or founder-adjacent experience
- Supply chain / production cycle fluency
Logistics
- Hybrid in Miami, FL: 2–3 days/week in-person is required (please don’t apply if you can’t be on-site)
- 6-month contract with strong intent to convert to full-time
- Compensation: $80-100k annualized equivalent during contract, based on experience
- On conversion: full-time salary + meaningful early-stage stock option + additional benefits + clear path to Head of Operations
