• Contract Duration: 15 months
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

What you will do as an Operations Product Analyst:

• Lead project planning, coordination, and reporting for the Medica Platform Migration and sub-projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular reporting.
• Partner with internal teams, BDA SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Apply proven project management methodologies to drive results with minimal supervision.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
• Support team needs by anticipating challenges and offering forward-thinking solutions.

What you will bring to the Operations Product Analyst role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the health insurance industry.
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in HMO or insurance, with commercial plans experience .
• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, with project management software expertise.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and/or Legal teams .
• Business analysis experience a plus.
