We're a fast-growing leader in digital can decoration and manufacturing, and we're looking for an experienced Operations & Plant Manager to take the reins of our high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Run the day-to-day operations of a high-output digital print facility in Canada, while also overseeing our U.S. satellite site.
- Lead cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, logistics, quality control, and health & safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and team performance.
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to deliver on growth plans, tech upgrades, and new process rollouts.
- Build a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and pride in quality.
- Ensure every job meets customer deadlines, specs, and expectations.
What You Bring to the Table
- You’ve led operations in print, packaging, or graphics, and you know what it takes to run a busy plant.
- You’ve managed large teams, rolled out improvements, and hit big goals in a manufacturing environment.
- You understand digital print technology and lean manufacturing, and you know how to spot inefficiencies and fix them.
- You lead from the front, hands-on, motivated, and always pushing for better.
- You're comfortable managing multiple locations and willing to travel when needed.
