Job : Operations & Office Manager with EA duties

Location : Central London

Type : Hybrid - 2 days on site 3 days remote

Salary : up to £ 55,000 pa depending on experience

Our client in the Start Up Fintech space is looking for a Strategic Operations & Office Manager with EA responcibilities that can lead the day to day running of Finance, Operations, Compliance & Legal, day to day HR & Recruitment, Culture, Office Management. This role will be highly strategic as well as hands on. The ideal candidate will have worked in Fintech & Start Up, fast growth and ideally Tech sector and also be confident with the individual aspects of this opportunity. This Individual will be highly Operations led and the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be happy to get involved in any aspect of business support needed. Future international travel may also be required in this role.

  • HR & Recruitment including on boarding, culture, office moves
  • Events & socials
  • Complex travel arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • Board level support
  • Business Strategy
  • Strategic planning of itineraries
  • Project management
  • High profile Stakeholder management
  • Invester relations
  • Board level meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
  • Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
  • Expenses, purchase orders etc
  • Support the wider business as needed
