About the Role:
As our Operations / Production Manager, you'll take charge of daily shop operations—planning workloads, solving challenges on the fly, and leading a skilled team to deliver top-quality cabinetry and millwork on time. You’ll be the bridge between design, production, and installation, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on schedule.

- Plan and manage daily workflow for shop staff and production schedules
- Lead and motivate a team of cabinetmakers, finishers, CNC operators, and installers

- Review drawings and coordinate with designers, project managers, and installers
- Keep jobs moving smoothly through the shop from raw material to final finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Track job progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure high-quality standards are met on every job
- Identify bottlenecks and create systems to improve shop efficiency
What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 + years of experience leading in multi-staff environments
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and think ahead
- Comfortable reading and interpreting shop drawings
- Hands-on understanding of wood production processes, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with software such as Buildertrend, CAD, or similar is a bonus
What We Offer:
- Salary starting $55k based on experience
- Paid holidays and PTO
- Stable, full-time work with a supportive team
- A leadership role with real growth potential
- The chance to shape and improve how our shop runs
- Percentage bonuses based on performance
