Job Description

DI Labs is an ISO 9001-certified, ITAR-registered digital manufacturing company operating in a high-mix additive manufacturing environment.

We are an established, disciplined team experiencing sustained growth. As demand increases, we are intentionally strengthening our operational foundation to scale without sacrificing execution, margin, or culture.

We are seeking an Operations Manager who can lead production performance today while building the systems required for tomorrow.

This role participates in leadership discussions and works directly with ownership to ensure operations support revenue growth, margin protection, and long-term stability.

What This Role Owns

• Reliable on-time production performance
• Clear prioritization across work cells
• Capacity planning aligned to demand
• Reduction of scrap, rework, and recurring disruption
• ERP discipline and data integrity (NetSuite)
• Operational visibility tied to financial performance

You will lead through leaders, strengthen execution rhythms, and convert operational data into decisive action.

The Right Candidate

You have led manufacturing operations in a high-mix or variable-demand environment and understand how operational decisions directly impact gross margin.

You are comfortable:

• Improving throughput through process and system change
• Operating within ISO 9001 or similar quality frameworks
• Driving ERP discipline
• Holding standards without creating bureaucracy
• Building structure inside growth

Most importantly, you operate with ownership and follow-through.
