Responsibilities

Strategic and Daily Operations

Developing and implementing strategic objectives is fundamental to ensuring the organization remains in alignment with its overall goals. This involves not only setting long-term direction but also actively overseeing the daily operations that support those objectives. Consistent monitoring of performance is conducted to identify areas for improvement, which in turn contributes to both immediate operational success and the achievement of future organizational targets. Responsibilities in this area include supervising the receiving of materials, managing production processes, and overseeing shipping activities.

Process Improvement

Improving organizational efficiency is accomplished through the continuous analysis and refinement of workflows. Updated policies and procedures are introduced on a regular basis to enhance productivity across all functions. Mechanical skills are also utilized to address and resolve equipment issues as they arise, ensuring that operations proceed smoothly and with minimal disruption.

Staff and Human Resources Management

A strong emphasis is placed on staff training and supervision to foster professional development among team members. Regular performance evaluations are carried out to provide guidance and support for employee growth.
