Job Title: Operations Manager
Facility: Intensive Outpatient Facility
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Program Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our Intensive Outpatient Facility. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across departments. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining high-quality care delivery, supporting staff, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff in carrying out duties.

• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet program and client needs.

• Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and effective environment.

• Track and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Partner with leadership to maintain financial efficiency, including managing budgets, payroll coordination, and cost-control strategies.

• Support onboarding, training, and development of staff.

• Act as a point of contact for client and staff concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operations with treatment goals and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations management, in a behavioral health, healthcare, or treatment setting.

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in healthcare/behavioral health facilities (e.g., Joint Commission, state regulations).

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (experience with behavioral health EMRs a plus).
